The Housing Department was established in 1396 AH as an independent department to implement the policy set by the university for housing its members from different categories (faculty members and employees) following the rules and regulations set by the Supreme Council of the University and the decisions and directives of the Permanent Housing Committee. 

The administration continuously seeks to provide what is consistent with the university's ambitions and aspirations and meet the developments that occur in housing and the beneficiaries of university housing. The work in the Housing Administration includes housing owned within the university campus and rented housing within the city of Riyadh. The work is covered through its branch offices on the university campus and within Riyadh city.
